The top bar gives access to the Electronic Plenary, the User menu, the Communication Chat and other editing and management functions.

It also allows to reduce the width of the left vertical bar, allowing to enlarge the central area of contents.

It is also possible to attach files of various formats such as .Doc .Txt .XLX or .PDF

At the end, the article allows the inclusion of Likes and the inclusion of comments and opinions.

On lower area of the page we can see the latest Wall Scoreboard announcements following the latest articles published on the Network.

Decreasing the left vertical bar also moves the logo image and the name of the condominium to the top bar.


The Condominium Chat allows the communication between all the owners, the administration and the Special Blocks services.

We can easily maintain 5 simultaneous conversations while continue browsing the Network.

The messages option in the top bar, with the number of messages open in all the Chats, allows the management of the answers.

In addition to a slide show with the necessary data to communicate with the provider, there is an interaction area where the condominium owners include their evaluation to the services already provided, allowing the verification of their quality

The Electronic General Assembly is navigable through the respective Work Order which is always present in the right vertical bar of the template.

Also the Communication Chat with the Coordinator
(traditional Meeting Board presidency) is in the same zone.

Each Point of the Agenda allows the verification of all documentation related to the topic, access to its interactive discussion forum and proposals submitted for voting.


The votes in the Electronic General Assemblies include for each proposal the various possible options and also show the situation of that voting until that moment.

It should be emphasized that each condominium fraction is entitled to vote in accordance with the respective share of the whole (
0/00) but at any time until the end of the Meeting, it may change its decision, with the last option prevailing at the end.
